Communication with the staff via WhatsApp is convenient, and they are helpful and accommodating, allowing late checkouts and baggage storage.

Stayed here during New Year and it was the best decision. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from major attractions. The breakfast was amazing and had a variety of options to choose from. What I really appreciated was the room’s complete amenities - from hair dryer to air conditioning. We also enjoyed the cozy ambiance of the place and the friendly staff.

That the self-check-in process was a bit confusing, especially for those arriving late. Additionally, the reception staff is only available during the day, but they make sure to activate your phone number to open the doors automatically. Other than that, everything else was perfect.
